Love the drums! Have you noticed with pop music, that drum solos have become few and far between?
Yes…they do seem to take a backseat nowadays. However, my other drum piece is my best seller out of all my instruments, so we clearly want them!

I would love to stop working, and start writing, as it happens I used to play drums i bands, but have not done so for about 30 years: I stopped because it got boring, playing the same songs over and over. Best wishes and blessings, Charles.
I only stopped working for a part of the day…LOL….I understand what you mean. I would be so bored if I painted the same style of art over and over. Many artists do just that and I know why they do it, but I could care less about being “discovered” by some gallery in New York. Art snobs turn their nose up at artists like me because I do so many different things. I can more than live with that. Creating new styles and art keeps me alive and sane!! Have a great day Charles!
I have never had this idea of making it, it is a bit foreign to my outlook on life, but I made some money from my various cultural outputs, then I could afford to stop work, and write, make music and draw all day: Wouldn’t that be a blast! 🙂
Oh yes! I’d love to be able to create and not have it be “work”…..Actually the creating part is fun….It’s the listing, customer service, accounting, promoting and all other maintenance that is a killer.
