“Colorful Cat”
New Mixed Media Painting/Collage
Sharon Cummings
2014
While combing through my massive photo inventory, I came across this lovely fella. He was a stray that wondered up to our home and wouldn’t leave. Unfortunately, we could not keep him because all of our dogs like to chase cats and years ago, one of my dogs caught one. 😦 So we found him a loving home with a friend that dubbed him “Flaco Taco”. Meow!

He has a great expression that is fitting to his name. Wonderful image.
He a spoiled happy boy now!
so glad you found him a good home. What a beautiful work of art he is!
Me too! He was such a cuddle bug…wanted to be in your lap. We tried flyers and Craig’s List and got him scanned. No tag. No chip. So then we tried Facebook and one of our lovely friends who had just lost her cat of 15 years took him in. She said it was only “temporary” because she wasn’t ready yet. But it became “permanent” after only a few days. 🙂
Heeeeere kitty kitty! Very pretty!
Thank you Laura!

Thanks Bo!
Oh, poor Flaco Taco, he got into your paints. I hope he didn’t make too big a mess. Even all painted up it’s easy to tell he’s a little sweetheart.
Ha ha there was a time when one of my Great Danes stepped on a painting that was drying on the floor. Dumb human! Thanks for stopping by. Indeed he is a real sweetie…
