It’s “reclaimed” art!
The image you see below was created entirely from previous works! I’ve always been intrigued by the concept of “reclaimed art”, but there are certainly no rules to follow. Who says you have to trudge through garbage dumps or abandoned junk yards? It doesn’t have to be wood or metal. One of my favorite things to do is to go exploring through files of past works until a new idea emerges. It’s like a cool puzzle where I am putting together pieces of the past to form the present. It is an “Absolute Joy”!

Really, absolutely joyous! Great job!
Thank you Lidia!
and why not, its almost like a type of super-collage, making an absolutely wonderful picture. I love this! Happy New Year, I hope it will be a wonderful year, seeing this and the other posts, it certainly looks like it going be a great year creatively. Best wishes and blessings, Charles. :-).
Exactly! It’s collage….Something I’ve found that I absolutely adore doing. 🙂 Hoping for a creative year for you too Charles!
I love collage as well, I often try do it with words in my poems. Some I get three random lines, and put them together to form a haiku. The three lines, have often come from other poems or magazine articles that I have read. Sometimes I just make 3 stand alone lines, and put them together to form a better poem.
That is very cool Charles!
Thanks, will one day get round to art as well. 🙂
A beautiful explosion of creativity! Marvelous piece!
Thank you so much!
