Ever since the beginning of time, there’s been one question nobody can give a correct answer to: should you follow your heart or your mind? When you’re a novice in heart-centered matters, it seems safer to follow your mind. The sense of comfort it brings is simply an illusion. If you inspect it closely, you’ll see that following the mind may not help you create the life you truly want.
Maybe the trick is to learn when to listen to either one.
