I always have to laugh when I see my Labor of Love series analyzed by other artists. They always confidently proclaim that these are painted on a black canvas. Sometimes I think they assume this because what kind of crazy person would sit there for hours circling each spiral in black?  Yup, that would be me…  You just cannot get “clean” lines like that painting on a black canvas.  It would look sloppy and I do not do sloppy. I used to buy black paint pens by the case!

There is a secret “Society” for artists where you can buy prints at a much lower price.  O.k. it’s not really a secret, but you rarely see advertisements from them.  And that includes me.  I have been a member of “Society 6” for a year and a half now.  I sell well there, but have not put much into it due to lack of time.  If you follow me, you know I am very active in Social Media and my blog.  I also create new work daily.  I am a mom and wife.  I only have so many hours in the day. But I am going to focus my energy on this site for the month of March.  This BENEFITS my collectors greatly!  If you’ve wanted to collect, but could not afford my regular print prices, this site is for you. 🙂  Or if you are a seasoned collector and want MORE of my art it is also for you!
