I am hoping that the caronavirus pandemic will bring some good to our World.  That in some ways, we can be more of a “team” and less of “us against you”.  We do not have to live in the past…We can go forward into the future…together.

I Choose You…Again

One thing this social distancing and at home isolation has shown me is that I made the right choice in my life companion.  I expect some people will learn the opposite during this time of crisis and forced intense togetherness.  As my husband has now spent every single day at home with me in the last two weeks, it would be easy for nerves to get sensitive.  We are used to him working away from home 4 to 5 days a week.  But this has not happened.  We are enjoying spending more time together when not working.  We puzzle, pull weeds in the garden, cook, clean, kayak, take the dogs for walks, bike ride, fish and read together.  We’ve always done these things, but now we are doing them A LOT more and every day.  I am having a great time and feeling healthy and strong.  I realize that there is no one else I would want to spend this much time with.  I chose wisely.  This post is dedicated to my husband, William, I choose you…and I would again and again…
