Mmmm….that rich robust smell of the first morning brew.  For many it is not just a breakfast beverage, it truly is “Nectar From Heaven”.  Whether you make your own mud at home or you travel to your local Starbucks for that fresh steamy cup o’ joe, you are in good company.  It is estimated that over 50% of us over the age of 18 drink coffee in the U.S. and 65% of us that do have it in the morning hours.  Studies show it may make you feel happier, lose weight, concentrate, be smarter and make you healthier.  But really whether you like it black, with cream and sugar, a cappuccino or a latte…it’s just tasty!

Beer and Bears….

I’ve always loved art and photography that combines contradicting images into a believable finished product. I also love work that “tells a story”. I discovered this great photographer and creator named William Patrick recently. William’s photography work combines imagery for the child and adult in all of us. Some photos tell a sad story….some make you laugh. And some you can totally relate to (i.e. Allegory Of The Coffee Drinker). You will find teddy bears, clowns, angels, sock monkeys and more involved in a variety of activities. Wine, Beer, Vodka, Espresso, Coffee….all of the food groups!  Oh and chocolate!
