I’ve finally had a chance to create a new painting. I have been so busy with commissions and digital renderings lately. It feels good to be slinging paint again for my own sheer joy! I am working on something new. This piece is created on dark board which gives an “antique” feel to the flowers. My art is constantly evolving and this is a technique I have used in other paintings on white canvas. The look is very different on dark board, and I am pleased. This painting is primarily shades of cerulean blue with inference added for opulence. It looks interesting from every angle. The original is for sale on Etsy below.
