Yellow lends well to creativity and makes a great companion on the studio walls.  It inspires original thought and inquisitiveness.  It is the color of new ideas…

I have really gotten into “re-purposing” my art lately. For instance, my Color Fusion series, with all of the colorful animals, starts with an abstract painting. I then collage little bits of that painting into an image until I get the final piece. So I can offer the abstract as a stand alone painting, but use it again and again to create new work! This piece displayed here is a composite of another “bit” that started out as a rejected portion of another art piece. One painting’s trash is another creation’s treasure. 🙂 It’s all just continuing the good vibrations…“Good Vibrations”
